Ivins is a suburb of St. George and is located in Southern Utah near the border of Arizona and is approximately a 2-hour drive from Las Vegas, NV. About Palisades Phase II:

The development has a total 67 lots, with most lots averaging approximately ½ acre lots. With a gently slope to the North; each lot captures the breathtaking views of the Snow Canyon Mountains. Palisades is the very last development available that backs up to Snow Canyon making it a highly sought after location.

Clubhouse:

In addition to being a gated community, the development also includes a state-of-the-art clubhouse with exercise room, pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis and pickelball.

Bike/Walking Path:

The development also includes an easement along the east lots allowing it’s residents to access a bike/walking path that leads to the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve and Snow Canyon State Park. (see common area between lots 340 and 341 and along the back of lots 332-341 on the plat map)

Development Overview:
